Refund & Return Policy

At Store LED Signs, we specialize in commercial-grade LED display hardware. Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.





Returns



We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.



Eligible Returns



Returns may be accepted if:


  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • The product arrives defective or non-functional
  • The product received is incorrect from what was ordered



To be eligible:


  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photos and/or video documentation may be required for verification






Non-Returnable Items



The following items are non-returnable:


  • Custom-configured or special-order LED displays
  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or powered on
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Bulk or wholesale orders



Because many of our products are imported and shipped via freight, returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not accepted.





Refunds



If your return is approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee may apply (up to 20%) depending on the product and condition



Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.





Damaged or Defective Products



If your item arrives damaged or defective:


  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos or video of the issue
  3. We will work with you to determine a replacement, repair, or refund



Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may void eligibility.





Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges.

Approved returns may be refunded, and a new order can be placed if desired.





Shipping Responsibility



Customers are responsible for ensuring:


  • Proper delivery access for freight shipments
  • Inspection of goods upon arrival
  • Signing for freight only after visual inspection



Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
